STEP ONE: 

 

Make an appointment for a walkthrough - Important! Tag anything that is NOT part of the Buy-Out (or put all in one area/room to make it easily identifiable).​

 

STEP TWO: 

 

Please have available a key or means to access the estate.

​STEP THREE: 

 

This is a private sale - meaning, we invite only our trusted/screened database of resellers/dealers to shop. 

 

STEP FOUR: 

 

We do NOT price individual items, we have a general idea of what items would resell for and negotiate with our Buyers of a "FAIR and REASONABLE" offer to the estate, themselves as a reseller, and to us.

STEP FIVE: 

 

We typically run these sales in a 3-4 days span - typically what is leftover are "garage sale items". If feasible, we can conduct a public garage sale.

STEP SIX: 

 

We will arrange for hauling of any remaining items (if requested, and at the expense of the estate).

​

STEP SEVEN: 

 

This sale is done by a % Commission discussed at time of walkthrough.
