STEP ONE: 

 

Make an appointment for a walkthrough - Important! Tag anything that will NOT be apart of the auction to easily identify what will be brought into our warehouse (size and space will be factors taken into consideration for approval).​

 

STEP TWO: 

 

Discuss pricing and timeframe to schedule a delivery date. All items will be delivered by the estate holder to our warehouse in Rohnert Park.

Staff will handle preparing auction by taking photos, lotting, and uploading to our auction platform.

 

STEP FOUR: 

 

Only winning bidders will be given access to schedule an appointment to pick up items at our warehouse.
