Seller Platform

We invite estate sale companies, non-profits, and resellers to become a Seller on our BAOA auction platform to reach our large local database of Bidders.

Current Auction Evening Close Seller Slots Available:

Alternating Monday (Two Slots)
Alternating Tuesday (One Slot)
Alternating Sunday (Two Slots)

Pick Up Days/Time at Seller Discretion

What Sellers Get


Complete control of auctions with Loom Training Videos available for all Sellers. 


All funds go to your bank account. This includes all sales, buyers premium, and sales tax.

All Sellers are responsible for Government Reporting (i.e. Sales Tax) and Licenses (i.e. City Business License)

Sub Seller Platform

All your auctions will be in your Seller Website located under Bay Area Online Auctions. All auctions will be listed under the main feed of auctions on the Home Page

The Fine Print!

  • All Sellers must adhere to BAOA ethics of listing items for auction and pick up procedures.

  • Closing days and times are shared with other Sellers. For example, if you are assigned an auction ending day of Tuesday with another Seller, then you alternate weeks which are FIXED. So if you decide to cancel an auction, you can only reschedule to your next assigned week.

  • $100 fixed fee of Auction Platform (payable in advance), and 10% of Sales up to maximum of $1500 per month (payable the 1st of the following month).

  • We provide optional use of Rohnert Park or Novato warehouse on a weekly basis for a usage fee for Sellers to store and conduct auctions (preparation and pick ups). For those auctions that a usage fee is paid and done at our warehouse locations, the 10% of Sales is WAIVED.

  • Month to Month with a 30-day cancellation. BAOA reserves the right to suspend auctions if payments are past due any amount of days.
