THE PROCESS

STEP ONE:

Make an appointment for a walkthrough - Important! Tag anything that is NOT part of the auction (or put all in one area/room to make it easily identifiable).

STEP TWO:

Discuss details on timeframe, expectations, and fees, if applicable (there is a chance that the estate would not qualify for an auction ... meaning it has too low of a value). Once both parties come into agreement - anything removed before preparing for auction is grounds for us to cancel the entire transaction.

STEP THREE:

Staff will be assigned to work directly on the premises, tagging, lotting, taking photos, and uploading items to our auction platform.

STEP FOUR:

Auction will go live and have an estimate of five bidding days.

STEP FIVE:

Once auction ends, only bid winners will have access to the premises address. They will then schedule an appointment for the specified pick up dates/times.

STEP SIX:

Our staff will handle all pick ups at the premises.

STEP SEVEN:

Schedule a final walk through of premises and discuss if further services are needed.
