  • We ensure that we maintain the privacy of the residence and to you as the Owner/Family. 

  • We believe in filtering unsold items to reduce waste by holding our community sales to offer un-sold or items not placed on auction (i.e., items that historically do not sell on auction such as common small appliances, kitchen utensils, mugs, etc) for free or nominal cost

  • Nothing brings us greater joy than seeing once treasured items given new homes.

  • Lastly, we take pride in working with our clients and hold the utmost care when handling estate items.

Estate Buy-Outs

  • 1-2 Weeks

  • Low Financial Gain / Expense

  • Least Effort Required by Family or Legal Representative

  • Most often times requires no outlay of money

  • Includes clear out of entire home (cabinets, drawers, debris, etc), all labor, moving costs, dump fees, etc

  • Quick turnaround to handover for sale or occupancy

On-Site Private Sale

  • 1-2 Weeks

  • This is a private invite to our large screened database of resellers/dealers (bulk buying)

  • Full resale value is not realized

  • % Commission

  • Fast turnaround

  • Optional Clear Out Service Available

On-Site Online Auction

  • 3-5 Weeks, depending on factors of estate (size, location, condition)

  • One Time Fee plus % Commission

  • Best option to realize FMV determined by our large database of local Bidders

  • Private Online Auction Sale

  • Our staff come to the house to lot, take pictures, and prepare online auction

  • Three to Five days of bidding

  • Winners must make an appointment for pick up to retrieve estate address

  • Our staff handles curbside pick ups to winning bidders

  • Optional Clear-Out Service 

Off-Site Online Auction

  • 1-2 Weeks

  • % Commission

  • Fast turnaround in clearing estate

  • Estate would be responsible for moving or delivering all items to our Rohnert Park (3,000 sf) or Novato (7,000 sf)

  • Optional Clear-Out Service

Clear Out Service

  • Within 1 week, or 2-3 days post online auction

  • Cost to Estate: Labor, Landfiss, Supplies (boxes, trash bags, etc) and Truck Fees

  • Goal is to clear out entire estate of all contents in preparation for home sale or rental
